Kenney’s 1932 Roadster

Robert started building this roadster shortly after selling his full-fendered ‘A’ pickup.
A SO-Cal Speed Shop chassis and Brookville body was the base, to which he added a Halibrand quick change, SO-Cal wheels, a hot 409 c.i. engine that he built and mated to a Tremec 5-speed.
All the right ingredients and talent but didn’t have enough time to get it done alone. Robert brought the car to SO-Cal and worked alongside Jimmy, Richie Noguiera, Evin and Justin Veazie to complete the build. Rod Sexton was called on to build the all-stainless steel headers and exhaust system down at his shop in Orange, California. Paco Castel and Mick Jenkins laid down the PPG green paint. Then it was off to Gabe Lopez for the black leather interior.
Look closely as there are many fine details done to the car per Robert’s critical eye. . . . yet another that’s “all killer, no filler.”
